This module captures student profiles and optionally automates student selection process as per user defined criteria. The System also allows the students to be admitted in the second year of the course, if they qualify certain eligibility criteria. This facility is available to students who have completed diploma engineering or any other equivalent courses.

Institutions may have automatic promotion system in which case they are promoted to the next academic semester or period, if they qualify the attendance criteria, disregarding their performance in the examinations. Alternatively students might be detained on the basis of their academic performance and attendance parameters.

System also allows the user to record student conduct information, which is referred at the time of promotion or application for exams. Student transfer is another important process supported by the system, and provides screen to capture essential information. Users are allowed to capture student attendance, period wise. System processes attendance data to determine if the student meets the eligibility criteria to apply for examinations.
