Inventory management is a challenging task, as it requires maintenance of stock levels optimally. This demands efficient monitoring and record keeping.

SysEd helps the user to keep track of the material movement and generate reports accurately. The system allows the user to set up inventory at the Department level. This feature is however optional.

SysEd envisages that a typical organization routes all the material requirements to the Purchase Department which is entrusted with the task of material procurement from the suppliers.

SysEd also facilitates the concept of a centralized store or warehouse from where materials are issued to different consumption centers.

Individual items are defined with unit price and re order information. Email alert is issued to the concerned should net stock quantity fall below re order levels. Supplier data is maintained and details of items supplied by them are also kept in the system.

System enables the user to look up stock items in any store and also know stock position.
